Siobhan et ses sbires n'ont aucun problème pour arriver à leurs fins grâce à leurs nouveaux outils et, pris de confiance, flânent dans l'édifice. Superman intervient, mais une arme dysfonctionne et commence à transformer la banque et ses alentours en royaume de glace à grande vitesse. Dans un élan d'adrénaline, il déclenche un nouveau pouvoir, sa vision thermique, et parvient à arrêter la propagation et sauver tout le monde.

Malheureusement pour eux deux, lui-même ne connaît rien de ses origines, il lui est donc difficile de répondre aux questions…
